Dr. Fagerli joined the Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in 2000. He is a graduate of James Madison University and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He completed his residency in urology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Fagerli is a board-certified urologist.
Dr. Fortenberry received his medical training from Louisiana State University. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.
Dr. Habermacher joined Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in July 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and received his medical degree from Emory University. Dr. Habermacher completed his urology residency at Northwestern University in Chicago. He also has a doctorate in cell and molecular biology from Emory University.
Dr. Byron Osborne joined the Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in 1990. Dr. Osborne received his medical degree from The Medical College of Virginia, where he also completed his residency in surgery and urology.
Dr. Mark Passarella joined the Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in 2003. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from Georgetown University. He continued his surgical and urological training at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Passarella also received extensive laparoscopic training from one of the leading physicians in the field at Tulane University.
Dr. Schmitz joined the Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in 1975. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his medical degree at The University of Southern California Medical Center. Dr. Schmitz completed his urology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Dr. Whitworth joined the Martha Jefferson Medical Staff in 2004. He received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency at The Medical College of Virginia.
